The staff members of Meeting Point Hoima consists of 13 members from Hoima and 3 from Fort Portal.
The organisation has a Coordinator, Assistant coordinator, 4 HBC Field Officers, Secretary, Accountant, 2 support group nurses, 2 Sustainable Livelihood Field Officers, 3 Social Workers in charge of children, 2 Security Guards and Support Staff.
