Meeting Point Hoima started in 1991 where it was registered as a Community Based Organisation with the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development on 4th April 2002.
In 2005 Meeting Point Hoima registered as a Non Governmental Organisation.
Since its inception Meeting Point Hoima has increased the number of people living with HIV/AIDS and orphans, who they support. Furthermore the number of activities, projects and acquistions of professional staff has grown since the organisation started.
